Alexandra Tyzzer , DVM

     Dr. Alexandra Tyzzer joined Animal Emergency in February of 2010. She is a graduated of Ross University and the University of Findlay. She is also a Findlay native. After finishing veterinary school, Dr. Tyzzer completed a Surgical Fellowship at Washington State University. Prior to working at Animal Emergency, she worked at a day practice in Columbus and gained experience with pocket pets and exotic animals.

     Dr. Tyzzer currently has 2 dogs, Kayla and Bronx, and a cat, Lizard. Bronx and Lizard were both adopted from the island of St. Kitts.

     Professional interests include emergency medicine and both orthopedic and soft tissue surgery. In her time off she enjoys traveling and art.
